Product Review – Olay Quench Body Lotion

While shopping the local WalMart I came across a special deal of two products for one price, reasonably affordable for $5.00 plus tax of course. I knew I was soon to run out of the other like product I was using so I bought the Olay body quench two-pack set. This particular product features active hydration with green tea & vitamin complex for normal to dry skin. My skin is normal, so this was my choice over either for oily skin or for normal to dry skin.

I only got to try the Olay body quench body mousse a couple of times before my teen found it and ask to use it, since there were two products, so I shared. I did however; enjoy the feeling of the Olay body quench body mousse at those times. So, as of now I am using my half of the two-set Olay body quench products, which is the Olay body quench body lotion. These Olay products are part of the advanced body care system and they work quite well.

Product Review – Oil of Olay

I remember hearing about Oil of Olay when I was a teenager. I had never tried the Oil of Olay product line. I had found a product that I could use in my daily beauty regimen that suited my skin and did not cause me any type of allergic reactions while using the skin care product. Believe me, when you have sensitive skin that may react adversely to any type of product that you may try to use, especially on a daily basis. It not only gets trying, frustrating and painful. It can also get very expensive. Therefore, I did not try the Oil of Olay products and well, the product I was using at the time did not cause me any painful skin conditions. It was also less expensive than the daily use of a skin care product such as Oil of Olay.

However, it was in my mid-twenties when I saw and realized for the first time, up close the influence that Oil of Olay skin care products had on the skin after years of using their products on a daily basis. Here I will tell you how I came to learn the secrets of Oil of Olay.

Product Review: Degree Women’s Invisible Solid Anti-Perspirant and Deodorant

Finding an anti-perspirant and deodorant for women that works well and smells good or not at all has been a challenge for me. You see, I am one of those sensitive individuals who has allergic skin reactions to various products or items. In fact, the very first time I tried using an aerosol-type deodorant, the product cooked and blistered the skin of my underarms. Other brands of aerosol anti-perspirant and deodorant products for women produced the same allergic reactions. Therefore, I was unable to use such personal items.

Needless to say, the pursuit of finding something that would work for me without causing such painful reactions was on. Mother searched high and low to find an anti-perspirant and deodorant for women that I could use. I was 19 years old before finding a product that worked for me without the nasty side-effects. When I found it, I did stock up on it when I could. I used that product until the time it was taken off the market when I was somewhere in my 30’s. I did not know it was no longer sold at the local retailers. However, I was able to find some while shopping at the local Dollar Tree and then stocked up on that product again. Unfortunately, about three-quarters through my precious stockpile of that particular product, I developed an allergic skin rash to it.

Once more the search was on to find just the right personal product for yours truly. I have to admit to panicking just a bit about where to find another quality product that would work for me without causing problems. After trying several different types of solid anti-perspirant and deodorant products for women that I will not name here, since I do believe that the products I tried were quality items. However, the problem in trying out so many items that would not work for me was in the pricing per trial. Searching for the solution was too expensive.
